El objetivo es mantener o recuperar la amplitud de movimiento de las articulaciones, reducir tensiones musculares y mejorar la postura corporal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"font-style: normal; caret-color: #000000; color: #000000;\" data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"1054\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, trabajamos de forma global, prestando especial atenci\u00f3n a las zonas que m\u00e1s sufren en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda: cuello, espalda, hombros, caderas y piernas.
